This comfortable villa on two levels was built with the living area on the upper level so as to maximize the stunning beach and sea views.

Entering the house on the lower floor there is a hallway leading to 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The spacious master bedroom with double bed has fitted wardrobes a ceiling fan and en suite bathroom and air conditioning.
Patio doors give access to the pool area and terraces.

Twin bedded room and a further bedroom with bunk beds.
Separate bathroom with overbath shower.

Upstairs one enters the comfortable lounge with air conditioning and dining room with patio doors across the whole frontage leading on to a spacious terrace, ideal for dining “al fresco” or soaking up the sun and taking in the wonderful views.

The kitchen is fully fitted with electric oven, hob, fridge- freezer, microwave and a washing machine.

The private swimming pool is set in a terrace and there are further terrace with space for sunbathing and children to play.

Additional Information

A change of towels and linen is made on a weekly basis. Extra cleaning is available at an additional cost.

Please note that there is a short flight of steps and a footpath to access the villa from the street.

Small charge for safe payable in resort.

Main changeover day during summer months April to October is SUNDAY.
